Shipping policy

Delivery is made within a few days (depending on the delivery location/country). Most deliveries within Croatia are completed within 24-48 hours from the processing of the order.

We deliver throughout Croatia, including the islands, as well as internationally to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

The delivery price is calculated automatically on the cart page, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

If the shipment is non-standard (large dimensions or weight), we will contact you to arrange delivery costs.

Products are delivered via transport companies that provide transportation services. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building.

Products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport.

The customer is required to check for any damage upon receiving the product and to immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods or to refuse to accept a shipment that shows visible external damage. The goods are insured against damage during transport.

The goods are also insured against loss during delivery.
