GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

The company STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. provides online services through its website at the domain stancija-st-antonio.hr on the World Wide Web – Internet. The service consists of providing informational services, content management, and conducting financial transactions through a third party, the provider of the so-called "payment gateway" service.
The company STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. is the owner of the website.

The owner and director of STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. are Marina Marjanović, a member of the company, and Milenko Marjanović, a member of the company.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

The purchase conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, and returns or complaints regarding the goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) is STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o.), and the Buyer is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form, and sends it to the seller.

By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the purchase conditions outlined here. For all cases not defined here, the laws of the Republic of Croatia apply.Through the seller's online store, it is possible to purchase all products available on the seller's website.

Displayed prices are retail prices and include VAT (unless otherwise stated in the item/service description).

The transaction currency is Euro (€).

All products are manufactured in the Republic of Croatia. The seller strives to provide visitors and buyers with accurate information about products, technical specifications, prices, and availability through these pages. Unfortunately, since data comes from many different sources, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all information on our website. Thank you for your understanding!

The seller reserves the right to change prices and any other information without prior notice! 

ORDERING

Products are ordered using an electronic purchase form and are irrevocable. To ensure that the ordering process is correct and complete, the customer is required to fill out the purchase form accurately.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made within a few days (depending on the delivery location/country). The delivery price is calculated automatically on the cart page, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

If the shipment is non-standard (large dimensions or weight), the Seller will contact the customer to arrange delivery costs.

Products are delivered via transport companies that provide transportation services. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building.

Products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport.

The customer is required to check for any damage upon receiving the product and to immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to accept a shipment that shows visible external damage. The goods are insured against damage during transport.

The goods are also insured against loss during delivery, and if the customer does not receive any notification or delivery from the Seller within 7 days of placing the order, they must notify the Seller so that the Seller can ensure locating the shipment or send a replacement.

The delivery time depends on the availability of items in stock from major importers. Please contact us so we can specify the delivery time.

PAYMENT METHODS

The customer will pay for ordered products along with delivery costs to the seller via:

  • Credit cards (online)
  • Bank Deposit

If a customer orders goods and refuses to accept them, the seller has the right to request reimbursement for postal and their own handling costs.

In case of payment by credit card, authorization of the amount is pending, and the Seller will charge the Customer's credit card immediately before delivery. All internet transactions are protected by security protocols, and COMPLIMENT is authorized by card companies for secure operations, ensuring security for customers when purchasing in our online store.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE / RETURNS / COMPLAINTS

Complaints and Objections

If you find that for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or receipt of the last product from your order and follow these steps:

Send us information including your order number, invoice number, and a description of your complaint via email at reklamacije@stancija-st-antonio.hr.

Depending on your complaint and specifically described reason for dissatisfaction with the product, we will send you information regarding:

  • The possibility of exchanging the product,
  • Returning the product,
  • Refunding your money,
  • Other information related to your complaint.

In cases of exchange or return, ordered products (RETURN OR EXCHANGE) must be delivered to:

Upon receiving the product, we will notify you about refunding your money/sending a replacement product. Refunds/exchanges for a new product will be processed within 2-3 days, and no later than 14 days. If this does not occur, please contact us via email at reklamacije@stancija-st-antonio.hr.

If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the product; instead, draw attention to the packaging damage with the delivery person and request that they return the product to STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. If a customer does not report packaging damage to the delivery person at the time of receiving the product, it is considered that they have accepted the product with undamaged packaging.

If you determine damage to a product after removing its packaging, keep the original packaging and contact STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. within 14 days from receiving the goods. If STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. organizes transportation of goods for return, it is necessary to package the product in its original packaging to avoid damaging it. If it involves specific packaging (e.g., Styrofoam and foil), it is necessary to secure parts of packaging for protecting the product.

According to European Commission Regulation No. 524/2013 on online resolution of consumer disputes applicable since January 9, 2016, an Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) has been established. In case of unresolved complaints, consumers can resolve consumer disputes through an ADR body in accordance with the Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (NN 121/16). COMPLIMENT will participate in mediation proceedings before an ADR body: Mediation Center at Croatian Employers' Association, Radnička cesta 52/I, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia, or at https://www.hup.hr.

Returns

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of products or delivery of the last product from your order. Exceptions from this entitlement apply to products for which Article 79 of Consumer Protection Law excludes rights for unilateral termination of contracts; this will be specifically stated in TIA's offer for specific products.You can unilaterally terminate this contract by sending an email message to info@stancija-st-antonio.hr or by mail to STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o., Ulica Giovanni A. della Zonca – Via Giovanni A. della Zonca 35A, Vodnjan, where a statement written by a customer on a durable medium sent by mail will be considered.

You can unilaterally terminate this contract through any unambiguous statement expressing your intention to terminate it on a durable medium. Your request for exchanging a correct product (e.g., incorrect color) that you purchased will be considered unilateral termination; therefore, please follow instructions for unilateral termination so we know you want an exchange.

In case of unilateral termination of contract and/or cancellation of order, we will act according to consumer protection laws and obligations law. We will refund you after we have received returned goods.You must return goods without delay and no later than 14 days from when you declared unilateral termination of contract. According to Article 77 of Consumer Protection Law, customers must return goods without delay within 14 days from notifying their decision to terminate a contract and bear direct costs for returning goods if they exercise their right for unilateral termination of contract.

STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. invites customers to package products in their original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. If specific packaging is involved (e.g., Styrofoam and foil), it is necessary to secure parts of packaging for protecting products.

According to Article 77(5) of Consumer Protection Law, customers are responsible for any reduction in value of purchased products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality as defined as consumer obligations in case of unilateral termination within legally prescribed period of 14 days.

STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. informs customers that any reduction in value regarding damaged packaging or damage not caused by checking functionality will be determined individually for each returned product and customers will be notified after receiving returned products.

STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. recommends its customers upon receiving products related to unilateral termination within legally prescribed period of 14 days:

Product images show general appearance and usage method as well as presentation as anticipated by manufacturers. Images do not depict specific details about particular products delivered; therefore STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o. recommends customers thoroughly review product characteristics listed in offers on STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o.'s website when selecting products.

If packaging is damaged do not accept products; instead draw attention to packaging damage with delivery personnel and request that they return products to STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o..

IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT REPORT PACKAGING DAMAGE TO THE DELIVERY PERSON AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THEY HAVE ACCEPTED THE PRODUCT WITH UNDAMAGED PACKAGING.

If you determine damage on a product after removing its packaging keep original packaging and contact STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o.. within 14 days from receiving goods.

If STANCIJA ST. ANTONIO d.o.o.. organizes transportation for returns it is necessary to package products in original packaging to avoid damaging them during transport.

If specific packaging (e.g., Styrofoam and foil) is involved it is necessary to secure parts of packaging for protecting products.

If packaging is undamaged and you have accepted products carefully remove packaging causing minimal damage since damaged packaging reduces value.

Customers will receive notification about status regarding returned products along with refund amount via email within 10 days.

Refunds will be executed no later than within 5 days from notifying customers.

The right for unilateral termination under law is excluded in several cases.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes between customers and sellers complaints can be submitted to Croatian Chamber's Court or Croatian Crafts Chamber's Court or proposals for mediation can be submitted at Mediation Center.
Any disputes between merchant and consumer shall strive towards resolution through agreement amicably; otherwise jurisdiction lies with Court in Pula.
